Description:
Udayana University Department of Mechanical Engineering is one of the departments that have A point on its accreditation at the University of Udayana. To maintain the value of A is not easy, so the Department should continue to monitor the performance achieved through performance measurement system. Based on that fact, it is necessary to analysis, design and implementation of
performance measurement system in the Department of Mechanical Engineering University of Udayana using Performance Prism method wherein the method will be integrated with several methods of Integrated Performance Measurement System (IPMS) in determining Key Performance
Indicator (KPI) then scored using Hierarcy Analytical Process (AHP). Once the KPI has the score and then conducted a thorough scoring with Objectives Method Matrix (OMAX) so that the resulting indices per period is the reference level of performance majors, as well as the Traffic Light System (TLS) to determine which ones need improvement KPI based on color. From the results of research through the Performance Prism approach method identified 60 stakeholder requirements and contributions are the basis for determining the 21 Key Performance
Indicator (KPI). From the results of research through the Performance Prism approach method identified 60 stakeholder requirements and contributions are the basis for determining the 21 Key Performance Indicator (KPI). Performance indicators experienced a rising trend from period to period even bizarre 12-13 fulfilled except in the period which decreased 11.64% from the previous
period. Achievement of performance at odd periods of 12-13 and even 12-13 has a below-average performance of 300 which respectively reached 244.74 and 216.25. There are several KPIs that have red light (Traffic Light System) which means that needs special attention by the Department, namely: KPI 7, KPI 8 and IBC 15.
