Abstract:
This study aimed to examine the theoretical impact of leadership styles on the quality of management information systems. Several approaches of leadership styles theory are used to explain the impact on the quality of management information systems. In order to measure the impact of leadership styles on the quality of management information systems can be seen from the way or behavior or styles of leadership in influencing subordinates with several approaches including: (1) Trait theory of leadership; (2) Contingency theory of leadership; (3) Path-goal theory of leadership; (4) Transformational and transactional theories of leadership.
