Abstract:
Psychology students need to master psychologicaltest, butthe problem
that occurs is that students are not ready before giving test to
participants. Learning innovations that can be done to be applied to the
real situations are known as role play learning. Through appreciation of
this Increased skills can encourage increased variable self-efficacy in
psychology students. The aim ofthe studywasto study the effectiveness
of role playing to improve self-efficacy of students. Sample in the study
were students. This study uses a quasi-experimental method with one
group pretest and posttest design using self-efficacy scale. Data analysis
used parametric statistical t-test. Data analysis showing the value of t =
-6,537 with p <0.01. Thisis meansthere is a difference at 99% level ofselfefficacy between before and after a method of role playing given.
