The availability of the climbing perch is very important in the seeding for the maturity of gonads and spawing success. For it is partly still get parent of the catch in nature so their number still rare and did not always ready. Manage with different media parent fish salinity is expected to produce the performance of optimal reproduction. The purpose of this research is to obtain information regarding salinity of the performance the development of the gonads fish. The design experiment using RAL ( 4 treatment and 3 repetition ) is amount 12 treatment. The media treatment A : salinity 5 ppt, B : 10 ppt, C : 15 ppt, dan K : control (freshwater ). Parameter that observed: the development of weights and long , hemoglobin , the hearts of , the gonads , and TKG ( the level of maturity the gonads). The result obtained is increased weight and long , index hepato somatic (IHS ), ihs the level of maturity the gonads ( TKG ) parent on all real, similar treatment while blood hemoglobin markedly dissimilar.
