The current problems in SD Negeri Gadang 2 Banjarmasin in implementing inclusive education services conducted by classroom teachers are still lacking in the principles of inclusive education. In fact, regular teachers in these schools are less involved with special needs children in learning activities, coordination with special mentors (GPK) is not well established, making it difficult to exchange information about the condition of children with special needs specifically. The focus of the problem in this research is how the perception of public elementary school teachers of inclusive organizers to children with special needs in SDN Gadang 2 Banjarmasin. The purpose of this study is to determine the perception of elementary school teachers in the provision of inclusive education to children with special needs in SDN Gadang 2 Banjarmasin. The method used in this research is qualitative research with descriptive method. The subject of research is 12 people in SDN Gadang 2 Banjarmasin. The instruments used are interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis used qualitative analysis of Milles and Huberman model. The results showed that the perception of classroom teachers on the understanding of children with special needs in SDN Gadang 2 Banjarmasin is still low. This condition makes the learning process from planning, implementation and evaluation runs less than optimal. Classroom teachers can improve their understanding by attending workshops, seminars or training on children with special needs.
