Flooding occurs in developed and developing countries. Increasing frequency of floods. This research is aimed at mapping of flood risk area. Purposive sampling technique was used to select the research area. Flood risk area map also derives from the overlay multiple thematic maps using
software Arc View 3.2 and Arc GIS. The result of the research shows that most of the investigated areas risk to flood.
