dc.description The Dayak in Warukin Maanyan village in South Kalimantan have distinctive customs. One of the Dayak customs in Maanyan Warukin village is the traditional wedding ceremony called wurung jue. The function ceremonies are not recognized but the consequences can be felt, in the form of strengthening solidarity and social integration. The uniqueness and distinctiveness of marriage custom framed at every stages, both ngantane, adu pamupuh, and piadu using the plot forward. The third plot pattern of marriage stage starts from the exposition, climax, until the resolution. The flow pattern as an indigenous Dayak culture betang Maanyan is in the frame. Betang culture today no longer has to stay at home betang physically, but practiced in the politeness of manners as the strength of the local culture. belom bahadat behavior is actualized in the form of belom penyang hinje simpei, that coexistence, harmonious and peace for the commonweal. This means that the traditional wedding ceremony as behavior which uphold honesty, solidarity, and tolerance as well as obey the law (state laws, common laws, and the laws of nature).
