ABSTRACT: The purpose of this study was to determine what factors can be used to assess the success of CSR programs from the perspective of the people who were targeted CSR programs . Second, determine the level of community satisfaction related CSR program that is already running . Design research is exploratory research . The population of study was the people in village around the company who have been given CSR program by PT . JBG and PT WBM . Fifty five respondents were obtained from the two companies. The results showed that the Eco - Social factors are the main factors that are considered important by society when
assessing a company's CSR program, followed by Social factors, Environmental and Economic. Results related to community satisfaction index CSR program showed a high level
of satisfaction. Other findings obtained is: not all CSR program are successful. Factors supporting the success of CSR are: the seriousness of the company's CSR program, the
support of government officials and other institutions, and that is very important is the motivation to succeed from CSR program beneficiaries.
