dc.description This study examines the effect of differences in maturity of discount coupons to the response of consumer purchases. The methods used are experimental design. The results showed a difference in the response of consumer purchases as a result of coupons with different maturities. Other findings stated that the intention to use the coupons did not influence the actual behavior of consumers in the purchase decision.
