Conference: EFEKTIVITAS DAN EFISIENSI PROGRAM BANTUAN OPERASIONAL KESEHATAN (BOK) DI PUSKESMAS ANJIR PASAR KABUPATEN BARITO KUALA

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of Operational Health Fund Assistance (BOK) Program at Anjir Pasar Health Center for the period 2016-2020. Operational Health Fund Assistance (BOK) is the largest source of service fund used by Anjir Pasar Health Center. The results showed that based on minimum standard of health service (SPM Kesehatan) performance of Operational Health Fund Assistance (BOK) at Anjir Pasar Health Center was still ineffective. On the other hand, the efficiency of Operational Health Fund Assistance (BOK) at Anjir Pasar Health Center was fluctuated every year. So based on the results of this study, Anjir Pasar Health Center should improve its effectiveness and efficiency related to BOK Program.
