dc.description.abstract Tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) is one of the many nutrients and minerals important for the body. Lycopene is one of content of tomatoes is functioning as an antioxidant. Lycopene levels will increase if the tomatoes do the processing. This research aims to create a granule formulation effervescent (Solanum lycopersicum) tomato juice as one of the development of supplements and the type of preparation can be accepted by society. Research methods are used in the manufacture of dry granulation granules effervescent. Physical tests include water content of granules, corner flow, density, solubility, pH, and then performed hedonic test. Results obtained that the most preferred formula V With the composition of respondents 20 g of tomato powder, citric acid monohydrate 1 g, 27.5 g of sodium bicarbonate, sucrose 101 g, 0.5 g aerosil test results of water content 0.39%, 31.02 corner flow, density 8.77%, 2.78 minutes solubility, pH 7,9. en_US
