This research is aimed at describing and explaining the comparison among Hikayat Raja Banjar and Pararaton. The result of the research encompasses findings on (1) the similarity of story motif of myth of miasma I in the story si Saban, (2) the similarity of story motif of myth of miasma II in the story of Raden Rangga Kesuma, and (3) the similarity of story motif of a character whose supranatural power, (4) unsuitability (name error) of king Majapahit in Hikayat Raja Banjar with that in the history.
