Poverty is not something new in farmer community, as we known in village there are a lot of communities still in a poverty life. They don't have enough accessibility to many facilities, specially on healty area. This problem need some help from corporate sector, not only as a government responsibility. Therefore, this research try to make a strategy for build a healty community, means Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) for village community to make they have a healty life. This research use qualitative method, in whice collecting data use indepth interview and focus group discussion. The location is in Desa Sungai Kupang, which 90% of their community are a farmer. In this village, there are no clean water, they use river water of everyday life. They also don't have good perspective about healty, low accessibility to center of health community, as we known as Puskesmas. Key Words: Poverty, Corporate Social Responsibility, Healty
