The objective of this experiment was to investigate the influence of Mutiara NPK fertilizer on the growth of oil palm seedling. Observation of plants growth: Stem height, diameter, leaf area, root long, total fresh weight, total dry weight. Randomized completely design was arranged in this research. Eight treatments consisting of seedling without fertilizing (P0), Mutiara NPK fertilizer with dosage g/polybag (P1), dosage 1,5 glpo)yb3g (P2), dosage 2 g/polybag (P3), dosage 2,5 g/polybag (P4), dosage 3 g/polybag (PS), dosage 3,5 g/polybag (P6), dan dosage 4 g/polybag (P7) in four replications were applied to stimulate seedling growth. Top soil in Inc pot) bag was used for the seedling media in the oil plain nursery of Resarch and Development Integrated Farming lnsitute (Balai Pengkajian dan Pengembangan Pertanian Terpadu) Tambang Ulang Pelaihari in South Kalimantan. Experiment result showed that fertilizer dosage under recomendation dosage 2,5 g/polybag, specialy dosage 2 g/polybag is no significant different with dosage recomendation to all plants growth observed. Mutiara NPK fertilizer with dosage 2g/polybag gives the highest to all plants growth oil palm seedling observed.
