This study is aimed to describe (1) the expectation levels of the accelerated class students on educational sevices, (2) the levels of real educational services provided to the accelerated class students, and (3) the difference in educational services viewed from the expectation and reality at SMAN 2 Tanjung, Tabalong district. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methode. The population of this study is all the students of the accelerated classes at SMA Negeri 2 Tanjung which consist of 54 students. The population are them taken as the sample of this study and which the technique is called total sampleng technique. The data of this research were collected through questionnaire and documents. The validity of questionnaire was tested by Pearson Product Moment Correlation while the reliability techniques such as descriptive analysis, and the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). The result of the study shows that (1) the expectation levels of the accelerated class students on educational services provided to the accelerated class students are in "moderated" category, and (3) there are differences in educational services viewed from the expectation and reality at SMAN 2 Tanjung, Tabalong district, thereby the levels of students satisfaction are classified only in "fairly-satisfied" category. Thus therefore, it is suggested that the SMA Negeri 2 Tanjung need to improve the quality of educational services to students from accelerated classes particularly at those belong to the issues og comfortable classrooms, laboratories (science, language and computer) and canteen, classrooms equipments, sports facilities, implementation of learning and the teachers concern on the progress of the students achievments.
