Target which wish reached this research is to know the service given by Office of Body of Land of National of Town Banjarmasin to society which wish to make the land certificate. Method used in this research is research method qualitative. Data collected use the observation technique and interview the data and beraga information found in field analysed descriptively is so that obtained by a systematic picture to latter ; then can be taken by a conclusion From inferential research result, service of making of land certificate given by a Land Body not yet maximal so in course of certificate making, that is in the case of time duration, circumlocutary procedure and ill defined conditions, with the correctness anda realize by giving information and also clarification to society of about the procedure by the problem Land Body can be overcome, basically from society by self less pay attention to arrange the order so that they of opinion circumlocutary procedure and ill defined condition. Recistance faced by the klurangnya skill and also facility of medium prasarana supporting in course of making of land certificate to that can pursue the its solution process.
