Abstract:
Each individual has a different response and way of dealing with the same situation. A person's ability to solve problems depends on attitude. The absence of the ability to cope with the events and reactions experienced by individuals can lead to aggressive behavior that can affect daily life and can have a negative impact on themselves and the people around them. The research objective was to determine the parenting style of parents with aggressive children. This study uses a qualitative approach. The research subjects were parents who behaved aggressively. The results showed that the subject only got the core role of the father and the father's way of parenting a little hard. Therefore, the subject has a characteristic that often hits his friends or kicks his friends while in school. If at school the subject is very aggressive towards his environment, but the subject is afraid of his father because his father often uses a slightly harsh way when scolding the subject. This shows that the subject's parenting style leads to authoritarian parenting.
