Abstract:
In its implementation, the plasma core partnership program has many shortcomings. The management of smallholdings that are partnered with the nucleus has very different management statuses. Some are individual and some are under group management such as cooperatives or GAKOPTAN. Often with many deficiencies in its implementation, the tendency of unfavorable conditions is on the part of the farmers. This study aims to determine the implementation of the plasma nucleus partnership program for oil palm plantations and the role of cooperatives in the plasma nucleus partnership program for oil palm plantations in South Kalimantan Province, especially the oil palm plantation areas in Barito Kuala Regency, as stipulated in Law No.39 of 2014 concerning Plantations and Related sectoral laws. This type of research is normative juridical research, which is research that is focused on examining the application of the norms or norms in positive law, which is sourced from library research using legal materials.
