Abstract:
Improving the quality of service is a necessity for public service. Specifically of IMB making services, what factors contributed to the making of IMBs, and what efforts needed to be done to optimize the IMB making services inthe BPPT Murung Raya Regency. The focus of this study is the quality of IMB licensing services. This study uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation and documentations, in the formof document and archives relating to the qualityof IMB services at BPPT Murung Raya Regency. The result showed that BPPT Murung Raya Regencyin the providing IMB licensing services had run well even though there were still some deficiencies encountered, such as infrastructure and human resources. The research concludes that the IMB service at the Murung Raya BPPT Regency has been going well although there are still some things that are not optimal and need to be improved. Research suggest that are the services provided by BPPT must be more professional, effective, and the deficiencies that need to be corrected to be optimal
