The goverment on behalf of the state conduct broadcasting management policy in order to bring prosperity. For achieving the prosperity, we urgently need of a strong gevernment responsible in performing its regulation funtion. It must be able to bring frequency spectrum resource settings comprehensively compatible with the telecommunications and broadcasting industries, as well as accelerate people"s in enjoying the public's right.
