Abstract
Environmental Permit is a requirement for obtaining a business permit, a person or legal entity must first take
care of and obtain an environmental permit. While the environmental permit itself was obtained after fulfilling
the conditions and taking administrative procedures. Based on the above, a business or activity permit cannot be
issued if it is not equipped with an environmental permit. In addition, in order to obtain an environmental permit
one must go through procedures and meet certain requirements. Law Enforcement Efforts in regulating permits
are distinguished in 2 (two) attempts, namely administrative law enforcement and criminal law enforcement.
First, how is the Government's Efforts in Handling Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises that do not have a
Business License? Second, How is the Environmental Law Enforcement for Micro, Small and Medium
Enterprises Conducting Environmental Pollution?In law enforcement the administration has the aim to restore
the situation. Regarding the authority of law enforcement owned by the licensor in this case depends on the
institution in each field, as well as the instruments used in the form of supervision and sanctions. Before law
enforcement efforts are carried out, the government gives freedom to business actors before their businesses are
established so they are required to conduct an Environmental Impact Analysis.
