Description:
Based on Law Number 25 of 2004, on the national development system,
the local government must have a development planning document in the form of
Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMD) which is valid for 5 years. The
Regional Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMD) is a document of the
regional official plan which is in force within the next 5 (five) years of the
respective head of regional head and deputy regional head. Based on data from
IPM (Human Development Index) of South Kalimantan shows the number of
67.63 is ranked 22nd. While data of IPKM (South Sulawesi Community
Development Index) according to routine data of 2013 ranks 31 from 33
provinces with IPKM equal to 0,4857 with the number of pregnant women is
78,756, the amount of bulim is 74,766 and the number of maternal mortality is 91.
While the number of live birth is 60,954, the number of baby is 73.509, the
number is about 369.852 and the baby is 897.
All of South Kalimantan Province's Gross Domestic Indicator Group in 2013
was lower than the national figure of 0,5899 children compared to national level
of 0.6114, reproductive health 0.4271 ≤ from national figure 0.4756, health
service 0,2400 ≤ from national figure 04756, health behavior 0,3442 ≤ from
national number 0,3652, non-communicable disease 0,5754 ≤ from national
number 0,6267, communicable disease 0,7345 ≤ from national number 0,7507,
environmental health 0, 4889 ≤ from the national figure of 0.5430.
Health performance indicators in RPJMD of South Kalimantan Province in
the framework of achieving HDI need to be added based on indicators of IPKM
and RPJMN. The determination of target performance indicators that have been
listed largely follows the existing 2019 targets, so adjustments need to be made
by increasing the targets and additions for the achievement of 2021 targets.
