Abstract:
The result of study showed attitude, Subjective Norm, and Intention significant positive effect to blood donated ever behavior general public, And Perceived Behavioral Control does not affect the Intention and blood donated ever behavior in general public. Attitude, and Perceived Behavioral Control significant positive effect to Intention general public never blood donation. Subjective Norm does not affect the Intention general public have never blood donation.

(2) Do subjective norms have a significant effect on intention? (3) Do control behavior has a significant effect on intention? (4) Are behavioral controls influential significant to the decision? (5) Does intention have a significant effect on the decision?
