Description:
This activity aims to train two groups of partners "Sari Laut" and "Mutiara" in Tabanio Village to be able to process Tenggiri fish into Pempek which is chewy, soft and crispy, can grind the fish themselves, pack and label attractive, making it easy to marketed. The obstacle faced by the processing group in Tabanio Village is because it cannot make Pempek, because 95% of the group members have never seen or even consume processed products in the form of Pempek or even try to process it. The absence of a fish grinder then is the second problem. With the existence of PkM activities, it is expected that the presence of new products in the form of pempek in Tabanio Village is not only prawn crackers, stockfish and Amplang crackers. In addition, these products are also an alternative in processing the Mackerel Fish caught by the husbands, so that the empowerment of women in Tabanio Village can succeed well.
