This studyaimedto know theknowledge,perception andattitude,analyze the relationshipbetween knowledge andperception,analyzetherelationshipbetween knowledgeandattitude,analyze therelationshipbetween perception and visitor’s attitude toward BanuaBotanicalGarden in SouthKalimantan. This studyused a quantitativesocialapproach.Datacollectionmethods usedinthis studywasquestionnaires,fieldobservations andobservations.Therewere4 (four)ways incollectingdataonthisstudy,theywerequestionnairemethod, observation,interview,andliteraturestudy.Dataanalysis usedquantitativeapproachwhichobtainedfromthe questionnaire.Result ofstudyindicatedthat theknowledgeofvisitorwhichwasclassifiedas“know”with percentage valueof69%. Visitor’s perception wasquitegoodwithapercentageof80%.The visitor’s attitudewas classified asneutral, withpercentage valueof67%.The relationshipof knowledgeandvisitor’s perceptionof BanuaBotanical Gardenwasstronglycorrelated.The relationshipofknowledge withvisitor’s attitude towards BanuaBotanical Garden wascorrelatedweakly.Therelationshipof perception to thevisitor’s attitude toward Banua BotanicalGardenwasvery weakly correlated
