The development of key indicators of social economy to the management of marine capture fisheries ecosystem-based management is very important. This is because the socio-economic factors have a causal effect on the ecosystem. Therefore, it is crucial that the key socio-economic indicators were developed and evaluated in order to predict changes in ecosystems and provide effective advice in the management of marine capture fisheries. In this study, social economy key indicators have been developed to be combined with biological and ecological indicators, in order to perform the assessment of marine capture fisheries management-based ecosystem. In terms of key indicators of socio-economic, socio-economic kriiteria five is considered the important attributes of the socio-economic changes. The five criteria include economic production kriiteria, business conditions, level of income, the State of the market, and the level of employment. In order to set the reference point for the evaluation of key indicators, then the target reference points and limit reference points have been established through a comparison with the fishing industry or other industries. Based on the implementation of the socio-economic key indicators that have been developed in the management of marine capture fisheries are sustainable in Lamongan, then the results of the estimation of the five key indicators of ecosystem-based management of socio-economic results that can be developed in the management of marine capture fisheries are sustainable in Lamongan.
