dc.description |
Research on fruit limpasu (Baccaurea lanceolata Muell.Arg ) still slightly, while the use by
tribal hamlets in Kalimantan has become a daily routine before they go into the field with the
way made powder and smeared on the face, therefore, research on active substances needs to
be done. From research conducted found two isolates were coded K2 and CE, K2 from
qualitative test positive isolates phenolic groups is evidenced by spray FeCl3, whereas
qualitative test positive isolates CE evidenced by a nitrogen-containing reagents dragendorf
spray. K2 isolates from SPF test has an SPF value of 3.2 at a concentration of 0.2 mg / ml
while isolates CE has a value of SPF 5.0 at a concentration of 0.2 mg / ml, whereas the
sensitivity test on rabbit skin isolates both K2 and CE show value below 1, This means that
almost does not irritate.
