Pest control use conventional insecticidal, can increase pest resistance, environmental pollution, poisoning, death of non target animal and residue. Buprofezin is a thiadiazine insect growth regulator (IGR) acting as moulting inhibitor for the persistent larvicidal action against some Coleoptera, Hemiptera and Acarina. Because the chemical itself is very specific to the certain insects, so very safe to the natural enemies and the other beneficial insects. The use of insect growth regulator (IGR) for controling pest is alternative control that high selectivity against target insects |
