Elementary Schools Teachers’ Achievement Motivation, Work Satisfaction, and Performance at Banjarmasin City. The purpose of this study was to describe relation of teachers’ achievement motivation and performance; relation of teachers’ achievement motivation and job satisfaction; relation of teachers’ performance and job satisfaction, and relation teachers’ achievement motivation and performance through job satisfaction. This study used a quantitative method with path analysis. The population of this study was 2276 elementary school teachers in Banjarmasin and 261 samples were determined by a proportional stratified random sampling technique. Data was collected by questionnaires. The study found that there were a relation of teachers’ achievement motivation and performance; a relation of teachers’achievement motivation and job satisfaction; a relation of teachers’ performance and job satisfaction, and a relation teachers’ achievement motivation and performance through job satisfaction.
