Conflict Management Fishing increasingly needed at the moment and need to get a large portion of attention. The research aims to develop Fishing management model. PISCES methods (surveys and participatory institutional conflict evaluated exercises) and SEM analysis (Structure Equation Model. Research shows (l) The ability of stakeholders to identify the factors causing conflict capture fisheries (fishing lines of conflict, conflict purse seine, conflict taking sea cucurllbers and pearl oysters, lampara basic conflict, conflict gill net, floating chart conflict, modern seser conflict, conflict cantrang) directly affects the ability of stakeholders choose conflict resolution techniques used (litigation, negotiation, facilitation and avoidance) (2) The main cause of conflict is the existence of marine fishing competition . Opposition, People, actor and culture that developed in the community, while the techniques of conflict resolution primarily facilitation (3) The ability of stakeholders to use techniques appropriate conflict resolution directly affects outcome (importance of participation in capture fisheries conservation, coastal community harmony) (4) conflict management mechanism is an integrated effort which the government requires the participation of all parties to the conflict management efforts and monitoring of resources through collaborative management approach to conflict management model of community-based capture fisheries. |
