dc.description Public services is an instrument that is very important in organizing government because the productivity of public service can be a criterion to determine huge number of support from people to government. In order to actualize about those things, it is highly expected to embody all state apparatus whose have esprit of professionalism as a mental attitude which motivate themselves to become professional officers who have competence in a certain skill to run the wheel of state administration with final goal to bring into an excellent public service.
