The study had been carried out to reveal women contribution to increase fisherman family income and improving family welfare level in Takisung village. A series of survey on a purpossive samples were conducted to collect the data. The number of respondents surveyed was 60, consisting of 15 owner, 15 fisher, 15 women of owner, and 15 women of fisher. Data were analyzed with share analysis, regression Cobb-Douglas type analysis, and welfare analysis. The result showed that women of fisherman economic activities were as farmer, trader, service worker in fisheries and agriculture sectors, and others. Women of fisherman used their free time efectively to work. Share of women income to total income fisherman family was 16,75% for owner family and 42,64% for fisher family. Women of fisherman income made total income of fishermen family increase and it was improve fishermen welfare level, especially most fisher family were poor.
