Consumers possess more risk than product. In other words, the right of consumers is very risky. Because the position of consumers is weak, it is risky to break the right of consumers. In this situation, consumers should protected by law. One of the identifying features as well as the objects of law is to protect community. This protection of the community should be in a form of definite law. Law protection for consumers is absolutely done by the country as constitutional right for citizens. The significant control of the right of consumers through law a part of implementing that law. The constitutional law of 1945 can be called as economical constitution besides as political constitution. |
