The transaction in business has changed gradually, since it based on “real world” than being developed on virtual world. This phenomena provokes many legal problems for consumers which they have not enough bargaining power. Consequently, they have a weak position in business transaction. Crucially, The government should regulate the legal protection for consumer especially based on its actualization and urgency. Aim of this is to fulfill legal certainty which is needed both for business transaction and to protect consumer’s rights. Furthermore, the legal protection should be given in many aspects of law both simultaneous and comprehensive protection. This also should be implemented with international approach through legal institutions cooperation. |
