The existence of a capital market which applies the Islamic law principles completely is in need. This is on order to create of establichthe objective of syariah (magasid syariah). The schdars of fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence) believe that shares can be categorized as following the share are not prohibited in the Islamic law. Disclosure principle is important for the development of the Islamic capital market. It is significant for giving security and safety to investors in transactions and providing a belief that the enterprise uses the capital for business that does not contradict with the Islamic law. Therefore the disclosure principle for developing the Islamic capital market is extremely required for the existence and continuance of the capital market the implements the Islamic law in Indonesia. |
