Some problems raised in this research cover : capital reinforcement performance for group socialize, effective model of through capital reinforcement for group socialize, efficiency storey level of each model through capital reinforcement for group socialize and feebleness and strength of each model through capital strength which is passed to society. Approach used in this research is approach qualitative which of fact and data collected by as reference analyse to know related/relevant of policy and program construction and enableness of UMKM and co-operation.
Desaign of this research have the character of evaluatif to various model of construction and enableness of UMKM and co-operation in Hulu Sungai Tengah through reinforcement of capital for group socialize. Impecunious domestic in HST as much 18.393 domestic or 27,09 percentage of entire/all domestic. Impecunious domestic a lot of residing in Barabai (2.748 domestic), later; then pandawan (2.730 domestic), Haruyan (2.203 domestic) and the least is Limpasu (720
domestic). Impecunious domestic is which still not yet been served by 18.843 KK and is served by 2.690 KK. Model of through KUB is the effort the make-up of earnings of secure and prosperous family (UUPKS), group of is effort with agribisnis (KUBA), plantation group, reinforcement of
