This research intent to know (1) How fresh water service at corporate Unit Drinking Water Region Alalak’s district Capital, (2) faced whatever constrains by side corporate Unit Dringking Water Regions Alalak’s district Capital.
Method observationaling to utilize kualitatif’s approaching. Gathered data utilize observation tech, interview and documentation. Datas and multiple diverse information which are found at the site analysed by source triangulation alae and technics triangulation.
Result observationaling to point out that fresh water service that given by Drinking Water Region firm district Capital Unit Alalak walks effective, it was performed its standard ministering public namely procedure service, working out time, ministering giving officer interest. But is still there are some constraint in ministering effectivenees that is given as facility in cashiers ministering counter which insufficiently, network the limited distribution and fund pipe that prop operation for ministering, often its happening damage on distribution pipe network.
