Permasalahan pendidikan di SD Islam Rahmatillah Banjarmasin pada muatan
PKn disebabkan oleh strategi pembelajaran bersifat abstrak, teacher center,
tidak bervariasi serta belum melibatkan kemampuan berfikir kritis. Akibatnya
aktivitas, hasil belajar, keterampilan dan kemampuan siswa tidak berkembang
secara optimal. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perbaikan mutu
aktivitas guru, menganalisis peningkatan aktivitas serta hasil belajar siswa kelas
IV setelah menerapkan model BAHIMAT (Problem Based Learning, Snowball
Throwing, dan Make A Match) di SD Islam Rahmatillah Banjarmasin. |

IMPLEMENTATION OF THE BAHIMAT MODEL INCREASING ACTIVITY
AND LEARNING OUTCOMES OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS IN
PKN CONTENT. These problems education at SD Islam Rahmatillah
Banjarmasin on Civics content is caused by the learning strategies are abstract,
conventional, teacher center, don’t vary and involve critical thinking skills.
Impact students activities, achievement, abilities, skills don’t develop optimally.
The solution to this problem is the BAHIMAT (Problem Based Learning,
Snowball Throwing, and Make a Match) model. The purpose of this research
are to describe the improvement quality of teacher activities, to analyze the
increase activity and learning achievement of grade fourth at SD Islam
Rahmatillah Banjarmasin. This reaserch uses qualitative approach by type
Classroom Action Research carried out in 4 teachings. The data in this research
are qualitative obtained through observation of teacher and student activities.
Meanwhile, quantitative data obtained through test. Analysis of research data
using descriptive and cross tabulation analysis which is described in tables,
graphs, interpretations with percentages. The results showed quality of teacher
activity in teachings I-IV obtain 77.5% to 97.5%. Student activities at I-IV
teachings from 31% to 92%. Learning achievement on cognitive aspects from
31% achieve 92%, affective aspects from 31% to 100%, psychomotor aspects
from 23% to 92%. the BAHIMAT model was able to significantly increase
teacher and student activities and learning achievement. |
