Pembinaan Manajemen Usaha Pembudidaya Ikan Papuyu (Anabas Testudineus) pada Pokdakan Waringin Baru

Abstract

Abstract The Walatung village community has developed a papuyu fish farming business with the “Waringin Baru” fish cultivator group (POKDAKAN). However, this cultivation business is still very traditional without a touch of technology, and business management is still run in a family manner. Capital for business is very less because it only comes from its capital. Members of the pokdakan cannot prepare financial reports which are a requirement in the proposal for submitting loans to financial institutions. Under these conditions, business management coaching is needed, especially training on how to prepare simple financial reports so that they can develop. Methods for implementing PKM activities include training in the form of counseling and business management guidance. The activities carried out include 1. training on making expenditure books, 2. training on making income books, 3. training on making cash flow books, 4. training on making balance sheets. The results of business management development activities for fish farmers at Pokdakan Waringin Baru provide increased understanding and skills of fish farmers about professional business management and increased ability to prepare simple financial reports as preparation for preparing proposals to apply for capital loans to financial institutions.
