HASIL PLAGIASI PRODUKTIVITAS DAN RENDEMEN PAPAN BLOK DARI EMPULUR KAYU SENGON (Paraserianthes falcataria) PT SURYA SATRYA TIMUR BANJARMASIN

Abstract

The purpose of this researchis to know productivity and rendement making block board from sengon wood pith at PT. Surya Satrya Timur Banjarmasin. Block board production influenced by several factors such as productivity and rendement. Productivity is related to the ability to produce products in certain time, rendement is related to the amount produced in a certain quality.the Object of this research is the block board production worker, and the material sengon wood pith, for the equipment in the form of stopwatch, watch, calculator, laptop, camera, tallysheet and stationery. Observation productivity using Nol Stop Method, uses 2 stopwach and watch to measure the length of working time in making 1 block board (time unit). Observation of rendement by calculating m³ sengon wood pith to know amount of output (block board) and input (sengon wood pith) at unit of production activity. The results that average value of productivity is relatif small at 0.018 m³ / hour caused several factors such as raw materials aren’t ready to be processed, and raw materials are still can’t be used. In addition there are other factors that affect the high low productivity derived from humans: level of expert, dicipline, ability,speed in completing the job, age, working period and so forth. As for the average value of rendemen is 42.179 %, the value still low because the raw materials are not good, many wasted due to defects such as cracks and breaks during production process.
