A village which is a unique area with special characteristics, such as a natural environment, community traditions, local specialties, agriculture, and kinship. The purpose of this activity is to create an idea in the form of a flying fox design. The idea of development in Sungai Rangas Tengah Village is because this village has a seasonal event in the form of a traditional boat race (jukung) South Kalimantan which is a tourism potential. The method used is a site survey, discussion with the community and making a flying fox planning design. Flying Fox is designed using typical Kalimantan wood, namely ironwood, with a height of 15 meters and a track length of ± 100 meters. Tower building foundation materials consist of natural wood and concrete. Almost all parts of the tower construction use ironwood, only the roof structure uses meranti wood. For the landing spot for adult visitors, backfill is carried out and the construction of a retaining wall made of crushed stone/mountain is carried out. The benefits of the flying fox can increase the potential for the existence of Sungai Rangas Tengah Village as a tourist village, and improve the economy of the surrounding residents. en_US
