PENGARUH KEPUASAN PENGUNJUNG TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN PENGUNJUNG EKOWISATA TAHURA SULTAN ADAM MANDIANGIN KALIMANTAN SELATAN

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the effect of visitors satisfaction with variable of service quality (X1), entrance fees (X2) and facilities (X3) on the visitors growth (Y) ecotourism Tahura Sultan Adam Mandiangin. Primary data is obtained through online interviews of tourists conducted over several months until it reaches the target number of respondents. To see how the effect visitors satisfaction on the visitors growth, using multiple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The results of this study showed that variable services quality (X1) with an average value of 3.69, which means that the average visitors is satisfied but does not affect visitors growth (Y), entrance fees (X2) with an average value of 3.74, which means that the average visitors is satisfied but does not affect visitors growth (Y) and facilities (X3) with an average value of 4.10, which means that the average visitors is satisfied but does not affect visitors growth (Y), so that it is indicates there are other variables and indicators affect visitors growth. This other variables and indicators can be internal factors such as geographical or uniqueness of ecotourism Tahura Sultan Adam Mandiangin South Kalimantan and external factors such as the perception of tourists in choosing tour they want to visit.
