HUBUNGAN ANTARA MOTIVASI KERJA DENGAN PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA DI BALAI PERBENIHAN TANAMAN HUTAN DINAS KEHUTANAN PROVINSI KALIMANTAN SELATAN

Abstract

BPTH as the provider of forestry seeds has a big share in forest and land rehabilitation activites. In 2019 it failed to reach its target due to a lack of motivation to increase production. This studt aims to analyze the variables and the relationship between work motivation and work productivity of emoloyees at BPTH (Forest Plant Germanation Center) Banjarbaru City (South Kalimantan). The data collection technique in this study was carried out by census, with a total of 10 freelancers, 20 permanent workers and 10 supervisors. Data collection was carried out by conducting interviews and giving questionnaires that were in accordance with the aspects of work motivation and work productivity to all workers BPTH Banjarbaru which had a correlation value of 0.333 with a significant intermediate of 0.036 which means that it has a real relationship
