Those treatment were KN (glucose 1 g per body weight), KP (Tolbutamid 100 mg per body weight and glucose 1 g per body weight), T, (2,61 g dry powder per body weight and glucose 1 g per body weight), T2 (5,22 g dry powder per body weight and glucose 1 g per body weight), T3 (10,44 g dry powder per body weight and glucose 1 g per body weight).
The result shows that at doses of 2,61 g and 5,22 g per body weight of C. Moschata fruit extract can decrease the rabbit blood glucose concentration than negative control but didnot biggest than positive control. |
