dc.description.abstract	Phytochemical screening and toxicity assay of n-hexane and methanol extract of bracts Passiflora foetida L plant has been done. Phytochemical screening was done based on qualitative test with specific reagent for phytochemical compound and toxicity assay was donebased on BSLT (Brine Shrimps Lethality Test) methode. Phytochemical screening test showed alkaloid, flavonoid, and steroid in n-hexane extract, while alkaloid, flavonoid, triterpene, steroid, and saponin in methanol extract. Toxicity assay showed methanol extract more toxic (LC50 546,56 ppm) than n-hexane extract (LC50 821,41 ppm).	en_US
