dc.description.abstract The purpose of this study is to provide an overview and reference for character learning in elementary schools through PJJ during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. The data sources of this study arethe teachers and students at SDN 5 Sungai Banjarbaru. This research data collection areg interview techniques, observation, and documentation. Based on the result, it finds that when learning with PJJ during the Covid-19 pandemic, teachers at SDN 5 Sungai Ulin continued to teach character education. Based on the result of the data analysis, following research result are seven characters that are still predominantly taught, namely religious character, honesty, tolerance, discipline, hard work, love of reading, and caring for the environment. The learning mechanism is carried out in two ways, integrating character education in subjects and teaching character in certain fields of study. The results of this study should be used as a reference for character learning in schools so that a superior generation of character can be produced Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memberikan gambaran serta referensi pembelajaran karakter di SD melalui PJJ pada masa pandemik covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah para guru dan siswa di SDN 5 Sungai Banjarbaru. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil hasil analisis data diperoleh hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: pada saat melalukukan pembelajaran dengan PJJ pada masa pandemi covid-19, para guru di SDN 5 Sungai Ulin tetap mengajarkan pendidikan karakter. Ada tujuh karakter yang masih dominan diajarkan, yakni karakter religius, jujur, toleransi, disipilin, kerja keras, gemar membaca, dan peduli lingkungan. Mekanisme pembelajarannya dilakukan melalui dua cara, yaitu mengintegrasikan pendidikan karakter dalam mata pelajaran dan mengajarkan karakter pada bidang sudi tertentu. Hasil penelitian ini hendaknya dapat digunakan sebagai referensi pembelajaran karakter di sekolah sehingga bisa dihasilkan generasi unggul yang berkarakter. en_US
