Corona is a disaster that has shocked the world in 2020. Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) was first discovered in the city of Wuhan, China at the end of December 2019. This virus is spreading very fast and has spread to almost all countries, including Indonesia, only in only a few months. So the WHO on March 11, 2020, declared this outbreak a global pandemic. Some local governments have decided to implement a policy of dismissing students and have started implementing online or online learning methods. This government policy became effective on Monday, March 16, 2020. This is in accordance with the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia regarding Circular Number 4 of 2020 concerning Implementation of Education Policies in an Emergency for the Spread of Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19). Children with special needs are also considered to be severely affected by the Corona virus pandemic. Children with special needs are among the groups most prone to degradation in education due to COVID-19 with the application of prolonged distance learning. So that researchers feel the need to analyze the effectiveness of distance learning media during the Covid-19 pandemic for children with special needs in inclusive schools in South Kalimantan. The method used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). As for the results of this study, the convergent validity value for the score of each construct indicator is higher than 0.5 or meets the requirements. Furthermore, a discriminant validity analysis was conducted based on the value of the Cross Factor Loadings of each construct which was higher than the value of each other construct. Analysis of reliability data is shown from the Average Variance Extracted (AVE) value for each construct that has a value higher than 0.5. The R-Square value of learning effectiveness is influenced by Teacher Factors (x1), Student Factors (x2), Environmental Factors (x3), Facilities & Infrastructure (x4) and Online Learning Media (x5) of 59.5% or are in the Moderate category. Estimate for Path Coefficients, seen from the Effect size (f-square) value, shows the goodness of the model in the moderate category. Hypothesis testing on the results of the path coefficients shows that the factors that support the effectiveness of learning for students with special needs during covid-19 are student factors, facilities & infrastructure and online learning media. This can be seen from the P value of student factors, facilities & infrastructure factors and online learning media on learning effectiveness under 0.05. Meanwhile, teacher factors, environmental factors and online learning media variables as moderator variables on independent variables do not have a significant effect on learning effectiveness with a P value below 0.05. |
