Kemampuan Berbagai Penngendali Hayati Terhadap Ulat Grayak (Spodoptera litura F.) Pada Tanaman Sawi (Brassica juncea Linn)

Abstract

One of a serious problem occurs in mustard crop (Brassica juncea L.) is the attact of army worm (Spodoptera litura L.) so that an effective but friendly control is needed. The utilization of some biological control such as SlNPV, Beauveria bassiana, Metarhizium anisopliae and botanical pesticides which is brotowali are known to reduce intensity of armyworm attack. The aim of this research was to abtainan effetive and effecient biological control to reduce the damage caused by the worm (Spodoptera litura) on crop (Brassica juncea L.). The trial used randomized complete design, comprised of Spodoptera litura Nuclear Polyhedrosis Virus (SlNPV); Beauveria bassiana (Bals.); Metarizhium anisopliae; Brotowali (Tinospora crispa L.), and control. The result showed that the lowest intensity was found in brotowali as 27.14% while the highest one was found in control as 53.23%.
