dc.description Autistic children have developmental barriers including language, social interaction, and behavior. Class teacher need learning strategies so that autistic children can develop optimally. This study aims to determine the learning strategies, implementation and factors that influence class teacher’s learning strategies towards children with autism. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of descriptive research. The research subject in this study were teacher of grade 3. The collection of data by using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation and making conclusions. The validity of the data was carried out using the method triangulation and theory triangulation techniques. The result showed that class teacher’s learning strategies were seen from the activities of opening to closing learning by paying attention to aspects of development (language, social interaction, behavior) and academic aspects (reading, writing, counting). Implementation of learning strategies combined with behavioral change intervention Discrete Trial Training (DTT). Factors that influence class teacher’s learning strategies consist of internal factors and external factors. The conclusion of this study is the class teacher’s learning strategies for children with autism in grade 3 SDLB YPLB Banjarmasin combined with Discrete Trial Training (DTT).
