dc.description Based on secondary data , it is known that there are several wetland commodity biomass wastes and marginal land typical of South Kalimantan that contain silicon oxide (SiO2) and other potential compounds and can be made into various products, one of which is as a floor or wall coating that can withstand concrete cracks due to vibrations. The research aimed at designing formulas and materials that were relatively resistant to the effects of blasting/vibration based on renewable waste. The method used was to determine the best formula of a mixture of five components, its three components came from renewable waste (pineapple leaf, sugar palm peel and orange peel). In designing product form using AutoCAD 2019, then referring to the design results stated in the product form using the best formulation results. The best formulation results from waste of pineapple leaf : orange peel : sugar palm peel (3:5:10), out of the 5 other formulations that were tried. The best formulation was able to substitute concrete materials up to 0.53% by taking into account several test results such as water absorption, density, compressive strength and texture. Noting the cost of production (HPP) per batch, the HPP was Rp6,800.00 per sheet. If compared to the average price of commercial products, Rp9,500.00 per sheet.
